Dog walker dies after being hit by a cyclist

A woman who was hit by a cyclist in Splott late last year has died in hospital.

The 57-year-old woman was walking her dog with her husband on Moorland on December 10.

She was taken to the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff, where she died yesterday Monday, January 13.

South Wales Police are appealing for witnesses and information.

The incident happened between 5.30pm and 6.30pm and the cyclist is described as male, wearing a black face covering, white shirt, and red tie.
